A bit about me…

Following a career spanning 25 years in the higher education and voluntary sector, coupled with Co-Active® and One of Many™ Coach training, I provide personal and professional coaching to individuals in a safe and positive space. My mission is to to help individuals cultivate alignment, nurture their personal success and realise their ambition.

All of my coaching starts with a complimentary introductory meeting. Together we will explore your motivation for coaching, what you wish to achieve from our sessions and discover how we can work together.

I provide all of my clients with a personalised coaching programme.

Individuals approaching me as part of a work commission may also require their line manager or other appropriate manager /supporter to be involved prior to the start of the coaching programme . An agreement will established meeting the needs of the individual and workplace

My Coaching Ethos

My coaching ethos is to work in partnership with individuals; this means designing a programme that focuses on their specific challenges, needs or issues.

Entering a coaching conversation with me gives individuals the chance to have space for themselves. Space to explore and reflect. Individuals who have this are able trust their own judgement and voice. My mission is to create a coaching environment where individuals feel more confident in themselves more certain of their purpose. They have clarity about how they can move forward in their lives and in their careers.

Fundamental to my coaching is deep listening, I work from a place of calm, consideration, and challenge.

Coaching is not easy, it requires individuals to step out of their comfort zone; to  be open and  welcome transformative learning. Powerful coaching is about change , change that informs  inspires and impacts. 

Coaching aims to optimise potential, in our conversation we explore in a creative and stimulating way how new solutions can be discovered and alternative ideas can be generated.

According to the ICF Global Coaching Client Study*, the vast majority of companies (86%) say they have at least recouped their investment.One in five (19%) realized a 50% return on their investment while 28% realized a 10 to 49x return on their investment.
